According to statute, the next election is scheduled for May 2025.
Pursuant to Section 1-13.5-501(1.7), C.R.S., a Call for Nominations is required to be emailed to each active registered elector as listed on the voter registration list obtained from the County Clerk and Recorder. If there is no email listed, then the Call for Nominations must be mailed to each household where an active registered elector resides. The Call for Nominations for the Belleview Place Metropolitan District will be emailed and mailed between January 27, 2025 and February 21, 2025 (100 to 75 days prior to the election). Self-nomination forms will be due February 28, 2025.
The Board of Directors is able to appoint qualitied electors to the Board of Directors between elections.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Belleview Place Metropolitan District, Arapahoe County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 2, 2023 is hereby canceled pursuant to section 1-13.5-513(6) C.R.S.
